The entire website - including but not limited to the layout, design, colour palette, typography, source code, images, icons, copy, forms, navigation structure, and overall "look and feel" - is © 2026 Randburg Alumni NPC. All rights reserved.

The site was built and is maintained by filum.co.za. The underlying code and bespoke components remain the intellectual property of filum.co.za, licensed to Randburg Alumni NPC for exclusive use on this domain.

Permitted use

• Read, browse, and use the site for your personal, non-commercial engagement with the Oud-Randjies network.
• Create a membership record for yourself and manage your own information via the members page.
• Share links to public pages of the site with other alumni and friends of the school.

Prohibited use

The following are expressly prohibited without our prior written consent:

• Commercial use of any part of the site, its design, or its content.
• Copying, reproducing, or imitating the design, layout, look and feel, or unique components for another website or application - including "inspired" versions with the branding removed.
• Automated access, scraping, crawling, or data harvesting by any bot, agent, or script that is not a recognised search-engine indexer obeying our robots.txt.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempts to discover source code, data structures, or admin functionality without authorisation.
• Republishing content (photos, names, stories, events, project figures) from this site on any other platform.
• Attempts to circumvent security measures, membership gates, or CAPTCHA systems.
• Using the site in any way that places undue load on the server or impairs the experience for other users.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to pursue any remedy, including injunctive relief and damages, against any person or organisation that breaches these terms. Reports of suspected copying may be sent to info@oudrandjies.co.za.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". We will make reasonable efforts to keep it available and accurate, but we give no warranty of uninterrupted availability, accuracy of contribution totals, or fitness for any particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the reassignment of your contributions over the last 12 months in the event of a proven fault on our side that caused a loss.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts, specifically the Gauteng division.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced to members by email in advance; minor changes (typos, wording cleanup) will happen without notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when any change was made.
